Will I receive tracking information?

Tracking details will be emailed once your order ships. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking updates to appear. Tracking may not be available while your order is processing.

Your Responsibility

Please ensure your shipping address is complete and accurate at checkout. If a package is returned to us due to insufficient or incorrect address information, a $35 restocking fee plus original shipping costs will be deducted from your store credit when restocked.

We are not responsible for packages lost, stolen, or delayed once in the carrier’s possession.
